一例结肠癌肺转移患者的MDT诊治

摘　　要：随着精准医学发展,多学科团队协作组(multi-disciplinary team,MDT)诊治模式对传统诊疗方式提出了挑战,并已成为一种趋势。本文详细阐述1例结肠癌肺转移患者的MDT诊治过程。此例患者先行手术切除肿瘤解除梗阻,术后再予以辅助化疗。化疗过程中曾多次出现病情进展,经反复多次MDT讨论,使用包括XELOX、FOLFOX、FOLFIRI及联合靶向药物等化疗方案,最终使患者生存质量得到明显改善。With the development of precision medicine, Multi-disciplinary team（MDT） challenges the way of traditional diagnosis and treatment, which has become a new trend. This article described the process of MDT diagnosis and treatment in one patient with lung metastasis from colon cancer. This patient was underwent resection of the tumor and relieve the obstruction firstly, and then accepted postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Progression disease happened during chemotherapy. Meanwhile different chemotherapy regimens including XELOX, FOLFOX, FOLFIRI with or without targeting drugs were applied by specialist in the MDT discussion. Finally, the life quality of this patient was significantly improved.
