综合护理干预对内镜黏膜下剥离术患者焦虑影响

摘　　要：目的研究内镜黏膜下剥离术围手术期应用综合护理干预对于患者焦虑的影响。方法选取本院2014年9月至2015年12月收治的120例经胃镜、肠镜等检查得以确诊的消化道癌前病变和早期癌变患者,均行内镜黏膜下剥离术,结合临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组,对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上应用综合护理,对比两组焦虑评分和满意度。结果护理后,观察组的焦虑评分(35.5±4.7)分,满意度95.0%,对照组的焦虑评分(59.2±5.3)分,满意度81.7%,与对照组相比,观察组的焦虑评分明显较低,其满意度明显较高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在内镜黏膜下剥离术围手术期应用综合护理干预能够有效地缓解患者的焦虑情绪,提高其满意度,可普及应用。Objective To study the effect of perioperative application of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety of patients with endoscopic submueosal dissection. Methods Selected 120 cases treated in our hospital by gastroscopy, colonoscopy examination diagnosis of digestive tract cancer precancerous lesions and early cancer patients underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection, combined with clinical random table method, the average included in the observation group and the control group, the control group received routine nursing care, observation group applied the comprehensive nursing on the basis of the routine nursing care. Anxiety scores and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing, the anxiety score of the observation group was （35.5±4.7） points, the satisfaction rate was 95%, the control group of anxiety score was （59.2±5.3） points, the satisfaction was 81.7%. Compared with the control group, the anxiety score of the observation group was significantly lower, and their satisfaction was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of endoscopic submucosal dissection can effectively relieve the anxiety of patients and improve their satisfaction.
