微信随访对前列腺增生患者术后生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨微信随访对前列腺增生患者术后生活质量的影响。方法选择2015年1—9月于本院泌尿外科行尿道前列腺绿激光汽化术术后患者66例,按入院先后顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组33例。对照组接受常规护理和宣教;研究组在对照组的基础上,出院后与患方建立微信随访。3个月后收集两组资料,对比两组患者生活质量情况,两组患者分别出院时及术后3个月行国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL),且计算3个月时的再住院率。结果研究组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信随访能有效改善前列腺增生患者术后的生活质量,减少患者尿失禁的发生率,建立良好、正面的生理和心理,从而帮助患者恢复社会功能,值得借鉴。Objective To study the WeChat follow-up on the postoperative life quality of patients with hyperplasia of prostate. Methods Between January 2015 and September 2015 in our hospital uropoiesis surgical department line urethra green laser vaporization of the prostate after 66 eases of patients, according to random number table method was divided into control group and research group, 33 eases in each group. The control group accepted routine nursing care and education ; the team in the control group, on the basis of cancer after discharge to establish WeChat follow-up. Three months after the two groups of data collection, compared two groups of patients＂ life quality, 2 groups of patients at discharge and line 3 months after the international prostate symptom score （IPSS）, quality of life score （QOL）, and calculated the hospitalization rates again in 3 months. Results Patient＇s life quality in the research group is significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions WeCbat follow-up can effectively improve the quality of life of postoperative mortality in patients with hyperplasia of prostate, reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence patients, establish a good, positive physiology and psychology, so as to help patients restore social function, and is worth using for reference.
