摘  要:在碱性蛋白酶∶中性蛋白为3∶1的最优酶配比下,对剩余活性污泥进行水解提取蛋白质实验研究。实验以蛋白质提取率、SCOD/TCOD和有机质减少量三个指标来表现水解效果,探究温度、时间、pH以及加酶量对水解效果的影响。结果表明,蛋白质提取率、SCOD/TCOD和有机质含量变化三者存在较强的相关性,最佳水解条件是pH为9.0,反应时间4 h,加酶量5%和反应温度55℃。最佳水解条件下,污泥蛋白质提取率为65.89%,SCOD/TCOD为61.43%,有机质减少量81.05%。An experiment was conducted to extract protein hydrolysis from residual activated sludge when the best ratio of alkaline protease to neutral protein was 3 ∶ 1. The effects of temperature,time,pH,and amount of enzyme on hydrolysis were examined with reference to protein extraction rate,SCOD / TCOD,and organic matter loss. The experimental results showed strong correlation between protein extraction rate,SCOD / TCOD,and changes in organic matter content. The optimum hydrolysis conditions were: pH 9. 0,reaction time of 4 h,5%enzyme content,and reaction temperature of 55 ℃. Under these conditions,the sludge protein extraction rate was 65. 89%,SCOD / TCOD was 61. 43%,and organic matter loss was 81. 05%.
