摘 要:针对艾叶化学成分的提取工艺大多偏向于某一类成分的提取,且提取效率较低的现状,提出了采用加压同步萃取艾叶中挥发油、总黄酮和多糖的新工艺。通过单因素影响实验和正交试验表明,加压对艾叶化学成分的提取率影响显著;确定加压溶剂萃取艾叶中挥发油、总黄酮和多糖的最佳工艺条件为:溶剂浓度50%、固液比l∶30(g·m L-1)、萃取压力0.9MPa、萃取时间40min、萃取温度120℃。在此试验条件下,挥发油、总黄酮和多糖的提取率分别为0.852%、4.58%、6.82%。研究结果表明,该工艺条件稳定,提取时间短,溶剂利用率高,艾叶中三种成分的提取效果比较理想。For extraction process of chemical components in Artemisia argyi, it mostly prefer to one kind of ingredient extraction, and the present situation of the lower extraction efficiency, puts forward a new technology of pressurized extraction of volatile oil, total ftavonoids and polysaccharides from artemisia argyi. Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment show that the pressure of extraction had a great effect on the extraction rate of chemical composition Determining pressurized solvent extraction of volatile oil, total flavonoids and polysaccharides from artemisia argyi, optimum process conditions are as follows solvent concentration 50%, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 30 (g - mL-1), extraction pressure 0.9 MPa, extraction time 40 min, extraction temperature 120℃. In the experimental conditions, extraction rate of volatile oil, total flavonoids and polysaccharide were respectively 0.852%, 4.58% and 6.82%. Research results show that the process conditions are stable, the extraction time is short, the solvent utilization is high, and the extraction effect of the three components in Artemisia leaves is ideal.
