摘  要:轴套类零件材料为优质碳素工具钢,材料强度高,零件形状复杂、壁厚较薄,变形程度大,适合温挤成形。通过DEFORM-3D金属体积成形软件模拟了轴套类零件的复合温挤成形过程。结果表明,零件充填饱满、质量好,单位挤压力比冷锻降低2/3,模具应力在允许范围之内。The materials of sleeve-type parts are usually high quality carbon steel which is suitable for warm extrusion due to complex shape and thin wall. The composite warm extrusion forming process of sleeve was simulated by DEFORM-3D software. The results show that the parts is with a good full of quality, and unit extrusion force is decreased by 2/3 than in cold tbrging. The die stress is within the permitted scope.
