摘 要:为了分析某半挂列车的转向性能,运用ADAMS软件,建立了牵引车-转向桥半挂车的动力学模型并完成仿真分析,仿真结果与理论设计目标存在一定误差。故同时对无转向桥挂车进行了仿真模拟,并与转向桥挂车进行了比较。结果显示,转向桥挂车不仅可以明显减小整车的通道宽度,有利于提高整车的通过性能,而且其转弯直径较大、离心力较小,轮胎的侧偏角和横向滑动较小,对提高车辆行驶稳定性和延长轮胎的使用寿命均非常有利。A multi-body dynamics model was developed by using the ADAMS software to analysis the steering performance of the tractor semi-trailer combination. The results of simulation and design target are not consistent. The model of semitrailer without steering axles was also simulated for comparison. The simulation results showed that semi-trailer with steering axles can significantly reduce turning clearance width, and was beneficial to improve traffic ability. As a result of larger turning diameter, the centrifugal force and slip angles of tire were smaller, which provided a benefit to vehicle stability and service life of tires.
