京郊农村医学人才培养面临的问题与对策

摘　　要：农村医学人才培养既是国家需求、医改需要，也是医学教育的难点，因此备受关注。本文从首都医科大学对京郊农村医学人才培养的调研入手，分析了面向京郊的农村医学人才培养面临的问题，并从等级医院、乡镇卫生院、村级医疗机构几个层面给出关于定位、学科建设、体制机制建设等方面的解决对策。The training for rural medical talent is the demand of the country and the reform for medical system as well as the difficulty of medical education,which has come to the foreground.Starting from the investigation and research into the training for rural medical talent,this article analyses the prob-lems for the training of rural medical talent in Beijing suburbs and points out countermeasures about the o-rientation,construction of disciplines and systems etc in the different aspects of grade hospitals,township heath centers and medical institutions at village level.
