摘　　要：武陵山连片扶贫攻坚开发区是全国扶贫攻坚试点示范区。该片区的特殊区情决定了来此就业的医学生必须具备符合该片区需要的人文素质。本文提炼归纳了这些人文素质，并提出了培养这些人文素质的途径，对于促进武陵山片区的发展和医学生成长成才有着重要意义。The Wuling Area is the help-the-poor demonstration area of china.The medical students who would work in the area must possess the humanistic qualities to meet the special needs of Wuling Area.Summarizing the humanistic qualities and puting forward the ways to cultivate these qualities will be of great significance for promoting the medical students in our school and the development of Wul-ing Area.
