摘 要:从政策变革及实践发展历程观之,六十余年来我国研究生联合培养经历了以"学研配合培养与集体培养"为主要特征的初创阶段、以"委托培养与产学研联合培养"为主要特征的探索阶段、以"政产学研联合培养与国(境)内外联合培养"为主要特征的扩展阶段和以"联合培养体系构建与协同创新"为主要特征的深化阶段等四个时期,其在合作理念、合作动力、合作形态和人才培养定位等方面亦呈现多样化演进特征与发展趋势。对此进行梳理剖析,有助于高等教育行政主管部门施政布政,也有利于研究生联合培养相关主体育人树人活动的开展。From the viewpoint of policy change and realistic practice in the past 60-odd years, the joint cultivation for postgraduates in China has experienced four stages, i.e. the initial stage featuring study-research cooperated and collective cultivation; the exploration stage featuring contractual program and joint cultivation involving enterprises, higher learning institutions and research institutes; the expansion stage that features joint cultivation taking place both in China and in foreign countries involving government, enterprises, higher learning institutions and research institutes~ and in-depth stage that features joint cultivation system construction and collaborative innovation. In this process, the collaboration idea, motivation, form and orientation showcase various evolution characteristics and diverse development tendency. A thorough summary and analysis on this process is conducive to the administration by competent department of higher education authorities, and to the cultivation by the parties in the joint cultivation for postgraduates.
