摘 要:目的 探讨子宫颈癌组织和癌旁组织中IQ结构域GTP酶激活蛋白1(IQ-domain GTPase-activating protein1,IQGAP1)的表达及其意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测48例子宫颈癌组织和23例癌旁组织中IQGAP1的表达,并分析IQGAP1表达与子宫颈癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 IQGAP1在子宫颈癌中的阳性率为77.1%(37/48),明显高于癌旁组织(30.4%,7/23),两组相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.285,P〈0.01)。IQGAP1表达与子宫颈癌组织分化程度(χ2=3.102,P〈0.05)、临床分期(χ2=7.111,P〈0.05)和淋巴结转移(χ2=6.553,P〈0.05)相关;与患者年龄(χ2=0.112,P〉0.05)无关。结论 子宫颈癌组织中IQGAP1蛋白阳性率明显高于癌旁组织,且与肿瘤分化程度、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移密切相关,有望成为子宫颈癌生物学行为的有效指标之一。Purpose To explore the IQ structure domain GTP enzyme activation protein made 1 (IQGAP1) expression in cervical cancer tissue and tissue adjacent to carcinoma and its clinical significance. Method The expression of IQGAP1 in 48 cases of cervical cancer tissues and 23 cases of adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochernistry of SP method. Relationship between IQ- GAP1 express and clinical pathological characteristics of cervical cancer was analysed. Result The positive expression ratio of IQ- GAP1 was 77.1% (37/48) in cervical cancer tissues and 30. 4 % (7/23) in adjacent normal tissues. The positive expression ratio of IQGAP1 in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues ( X2 = 14. 285, P 〈0.01 ). In addition, the positive expression ratio of IQGAP1 was correlated with tumor differentiation ( X2 = 3. 102, P 〈 0. 05 ) and clinical stage ( X2 = 7. 111, P 〈 0. 05) and lymph node metastasis (X2 = 6. 553, P 〈 0. 05 ). However, it did not correlated with age ( X2 = 0. 112, P 〉 O. 05 ) in patients with cervical cancer. Conclusion The positive expression ratio of IQGAP1 is obviously higher in cervical cancer tis- sues than in adjacent normal tissues, it is correlated with tumor differentiation degree, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis, which suggests IQGAP1 may be a biomarker for evaluating the biological behavior of cervical cancer.
