近视成人配戴框架眼镜和软性角膜接触镜下视觉质量研究

摘　　要：目的运用双通道视觉质量分析系统分析近视成人配戴框架眼镜和软性角膜接触镜时眼的视觉质量。方法对2014年7月至2015年5月在南京中医学大学就读的近视者38例（58只眼），比较近视患者分别使用框架眼镜和角膜接触镜矫正后的矫正视力，使用双通道系统检查并对比配戴角膜接触镜和框架眼镜时的调至传递函数截止频率（MTFcutoff）、Strehl比值（SR）及客观散射指数（OSI）。结果配戴框架眼镜和角膜接触镜的矫正视力分别为（5.01±0.07）和（5.00±0.06）差异无统计学意义（P 〉0.05）；MTFcutoff分别为（41.25±8.12）c/deg和（38.34±9.15）c/deg差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）；SR分别为0.25±0.06和0.22±0.06差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.01）；OSI分别为0.57±0.35和0.69±0.40差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。散光度数〈0.5 D的被检眼，两种矫正方法下各参数间差异无统计学意义（P〉 0.05）。结论当被检眼为球性屈光不正或散光度数较低（〈0.50 D）时，配戴软性角膜接触镜和框架眼镜的客观视觉质量参数及眼内散射间无明显差别。Objective To evaluate objective optical quality using double passage optical quality analysis system （OQAS） among myopic adults with two types of optical correction, soft contact lenses and spectacle. Methods Thirty-eight adults （58 eyes） with myopia were enrolled. The modulation transfer fianction （MTF） cutoff, the strehl ratio （SR） and objective scatter Index （OSI） were measured by OQAS with the two corrections. The corrected distant visual acuities of both corrections were also evaluated. Results The visual acuity was 5.01±0.07 with spectacle and 5.00 ± 0.06with contact lenses （P 〉0.05）. Mean MTF cutoff was （41.25±8.12）c/deg with spectacle and （38.34±9.15）c/deg with contact lenses （P 〈0.05）. Mean SR of adults with spectacle and contact lenses were 0.25 ± 0.06 and 0.22 ± 0.06, respectively （P 〈0.01）. Mean OSI was 0.57±0.35 with spectacle and 0.69 ± 0.40 with contact lenses （P 〈0.05）. No significant difference was found in any parameters of eyes with small amount astigmatism （〈0.5D） （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions There is no difference in any ocular quality parameters between the two types of optical correction, when observers only has spherical ametropia or ocular astigmatism lower than 0.5D.
