摘　　要：Dieulafoy病是一种少见的血管畸形,其出血部位绝大多数在胃部,空肠部位出血罕见。本院通过剖腹探查联合术中推进式小肠镜发现出血灶,成功救治了一名空肠Dieulafoy病患者。本文通过回顾性分析该患者的临床资料并复习相关文献,探讨Dieulafoy病的临床表现、病理特征以及目前对该病诊治方案的选择等。Dieulafoy disease,a relatively infrequent vascular malformation,is common in stomach but rare in jejunum. We found hemorrhage stove by laparotomy combined intraoperative and treatment successfully.Through the patient,we review the related literature and explore the clinical manifestations pathological feature. It will help to make a diagnosis and give treatment scheme.
