摘　　要：本文主要从吉林省远程会诊系统平台的数据交换标准、会诊系统平台的功能模块及设计特点、互联网标清视频会议系统、远程教育、双向转诊及远程预约等几个方面,详细介绍基于互联网标清视频会议的吉林省人民医院远程会诊平台的构建。This paper introduced the Jilin Province remote consultation system platform. It described the standard of data exchange, the function module and the design characteristics, several safety design principle and remote education system etc. The construction of teleconsultation platform based on internet standard-definition video conference of Jilin people＇s hospital was discussed.
