摘 要:目的评价系统性的关爱认知教育、关爱体验与关爱实践对一年级护理本科生关爱能力的影响。方法在武汉市某高校护理本科生中选取24名关爱能力得分低的一年级护理本科生,分为试验组和对照组各12例。试验组进行为期7周、每周1次、每次120min的关爱能力干预活动。在干预前后,采用关爱能力评价量表对两组学生进行测评。结果干预前,两组学生关爱能力总分及各维度得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组学生的关爱能力总分及理解、勇气维度得分高于对照组(P<0.05),而耐心维度两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论系统性的关爱认知教育、体验关爱与实践关爱干预活动可加深护理本科生对关爱概念的理解,提高学生的关爱能力。Objective To evaluate the effect of systemic intervention measures on caring ability of first-year undergraduate nursing students. Methods Twenty-four first-year undergraduate nursing students with lower level of caring ability were recruited and divided into two groups,12 students in each group.A 7-week,once a week intervention program on caring ability was implemented in the experimental group. The students in both groups were investigated using Caring Ability Inventory before and after intervention. Results There were no significant differences in the total score and each dimension score of caring ability between two groups at baseline (P〉0.05). After intervention,the total score and dimension scores of understanding and encouragement in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05),while no significant difference was found in the dimension score of patience (P〉0.05). Conclusion Systematic interventions including caring education, experience and practice can enhance undergraduate nursing students' understanding about the concept of caring and improve their caring ability effectively.
