摘 要:大数据应用是教育信息化的重要手段和特征之一。本文围绕在线学习过程管理中大数据的建设与应用进行探讨,分析了我国在线教育学习过程管理现状,指出在线教育领域大数据应用可以挖掘有效学习模式、增强教学效果、提升管理效能;概括了在线学习过程管理运用大数据思维的关键因素,即化零为整与化整为零的思维、关键数据库的建立、数据的互通性、数据的有效性、数据的时效性和人的因素;从学习分析、教学分析和学教管综合分析的维度,探讨在线学习过程管理中大数据管理模式的应用;指出大数据应用中要避免陷入技术和数据决定教育的误区,要重视对在线学习参与水平而不仅仅是参与度的研究,基于大数据思维的教育评估预测要保持理性、透明性与专业性。Big data application is an important means and feature of e-education. This article focuses on the collection and application of big data in online learning management. It starts with a profile of online learning management in China and argues that big data application will be conducive to developing effective learning models, enhancing learning outcomes and improving the efficacy of online learning management. It then goes on to explore key factors contributing to the mindset of big data application,including the notion of‘breaking up the whole into parts and assembling the parts into a whole', key databases availability, data connectivity, data validity, data timeliness and human factors. The article concludes by discussing applications of big data in online learning management in terms of learning analytics, teaching analytics and a holistic approach to learning, teaching and management, arguing that education should not be led by technology and data, calling for more efforts to research online learning engagement rather than mere participation, and stressing the need to maintain the rational, transparent and professional dimensions of educational predictions based on the mindset of big data.
