我国地方普通本科院校转型发展实践路径探析

摘　　要：地方普通本科院校转型发展是深化我国高等教育供给侧改革、破解高等教育结构性难题的深层次变革。其主要实践路径是:突破传统格局,进行多样化探索;明晰人才培养目标和规格,重视内涵发展和师资队伍建设,提高应用型人才培养质量;处理好学科与专业、职业教育与普通教育以及政府、高校与市场的关系。The transitional development of local colleges and universities is the profound change to deepen the supply-side reform as well as to solve the structural problems of higher education in China. The main practical path is to break down traditional higher education patterns and implement diverse exploration; to clarify education goals and standards, paying more attention to development quality, faculty development, and the quality of students with practical skills; to balance the relationship between disciplines and majors, the relationship between vocational education and general education, as well as that among the government, the market and higher education institutions.
