摘　　要：英语微型学习资源建设是进行泛在学习、微型学习的基础,起着至关重要的作用。文章对泛在学习环境的基本要素及微型学习资源构建因素进行了调研,从而构建了泛在学习环境下三类微型学习资源,同时提出了资源构建中的问题及建议。Construction of Micro-learning English resources is the basis of Ubiquitous-learuing and Micro-learning and plays a vital role in learning. This paper probes into the basic elements that are involved in Ubiquitous-learning circumstance and the factors that affect the construction of Micro-learningresources and thereby the paper puts forward approaches to the construction of three kinds of Micro-learning English resources and the problems existing in the construction and the solutions to the problems.
