摘　　要：抓好大学生思想政治教育工作是地方高校提高人才培养质量的关键,也是地方高校不断发展的重要保障。地方高校要积极克服大学生思想政治教育工作中的不足,充分发挥各种优势,做好学生的思想政治工作,将学生培养成为中国特色社会主义事业的建设者。It＇s the key point and also the important guarantee for a local university in its improvement of both the quality of the personnel training and its continual development to make great effort to college students＇ ideological and political education. Local universities should overcome so many weak points, while making great use of its good sources and strong points in carrying out students＇ ideological and political education, and then to make them better constructers of the Chinese-style Socialism.
