摘 要:目的探索医学生学医动机对医德素质的影响和更加有效的医德教育方式。方法对汕头大学医学院831名在校生及302名毕业生进行横断面调查。结果医学生学医动机不同,其医德素质有显著差异,学医动机为"热爱医学,救死扶伤"的医学生比其他学医动机者有较高的医德认知水平和较正面的行为选择倾向。"是否收取患者红包"的多元Logistic回归分析显示,学医动机为影响在校生是否收取红包的主要因素之一。结论医学生学医动机对医德素质有显著影响,应针对医学生学医动机的分类开展有效的医德教育。Objective: To explore the influence of medical students' learning motivation on medical ethics and more effective ways of medical ethics education. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 831 undergraduates and 302 graduates in Shantou University Medical College. Results: There was significant difference in medical ethics quality of medical students with different learning motivation. The students with learning motivation of " loving medicine and saving lives" had higher cognition of medical ethics and more positive behavior choice tendency than those with other learning motivation. Multivariate logistic analysis showed that medical undergraduates' learning motivation was one of the main factors influencing whether to accept " red envelope" from patients.Conclusions: Medical students' learning motivation significantly influenced the medical ethics quality. It should carry out effective medical ethics education aiming at the classification of medical students' learning motivation.
