新时期医护人员大医精神的培养路径研究

摘　　要：当前医疗卫生领域由于拜金主义、享乐主义等不正之风的侵袭,致使一些医护人员医德医风有所下滑。为了重塑医护人员"白衣天使"形象,必须培养医护人员的大医精神。新时期培养医护人员大医精神可有以下六大路径:强化医护人员医德医风自我教育,自觉践行大医精神;构建医护人员职业道德评价机制,鼓励倡导大医精神;构建医护人员待遇合理补偿机制,激励培养大医精神;完善医护人员医疗道德监督体系,切实保障大医精神;健全医护人员相关法律及规章制度,贯彻落实大医精神;发挥医护人员先进模范带头作用,示范带动大医精神。The invasion of money worship and hedonism in the current medical fields leads to declining medical ethics of medical staff. In order to reshape the image of ＂ angel in white＂,we must cultivate their medical spirit.There are six paths to cultivate the medical spirit in the new era： strengthening the medical ethics self-education of medical staff and practicing the medical spirit consciously; constructing the mechanism of medical staff＇s professional moral evaluation and encouraging to advocate the medical spirit; establishing a reasonable compensation mechanism of medical staff＇s remuneration and encouraging to cultivate the medical spirit; perfecting a moral supervision system of medical staff＇s treatment and genuinely ensuring the medical spirit; perfecting the laws and regulations related to medical staff and implementing the medical spirit; giving full play to the leading role of advanced model of superior staff and driving the medical spirit.
