摘 要:相对于我国偏重医疗技术教育,发达国家的医学院校十分重视医学生沟通能力的培养,并在其执业医师考试中所占比重越来越大。结合第四军医大学医学沟通教育的探索,使用日本医师国家考试试题对开展教育前后的教学效果进行测试分析,认为在医学沟通教育模式下培养出来的学生,成绩有了显著提升,在沟通技巧、患者中心意识和自主学习动力方面都有较好表现。而学生反映出的医学沟通理论不系统,临床现场经验不足等问题,有必要通过完善医学沟通教育模式加以改善。Compared with the emphasis on medical technology education in China,medical colleges in developed countries attach great importance to the cultivation of medical students' communication ability,which accounts for a growing proportion in the licensing examination. This paper,combined with the exploration of medical communication education in the Fourth Military Medical University,applied Japan Medical Licensing Examination to the analysis of the teaching effects before and after the medical communication education. It showed that students with the mode of medical communication education had significant improvement in their academic performance,with better improvement in communication skills,patient-centered consciousness and self-regulated learning motivation.The reflected problems,such as unsystematic medical communication theory and lack of clinical practice and field experiences,were necessary to be improved by perfecting the medical communication education mode.
