基于因子分析法的区域高新技术产业集群核心竞争潜力研究——以关中-天水经济区为例

摘　　要：区域高新技术产业集群竞争力水平的高低是衡量一个国家经济综合实力的关键。区别于以往的区域高新技术产业集群竞争力评价研究,文中主要强调了集群与核心企业竞争力对区域经济增长潜力的影响。从核心企业竞争力、人力资本竞争力、集群竞争力、基础竞争力等4个方面构建了区域高新技术产业集群核心竞争潜力评价指标体系。运用因子分析法对关中-天水经济区高新技术产业集群竞争潜力进行实际评价,得出关中-天水经济区高新技术产业集群核心竞争潜力的得分与排名,并发现关中-天水经济区高新技术产业集群竞争力主要体现在社会固定资产投资、集群财政科技拨款、集群占所在城市GDP比重3方面。Regional high-tech industry cluster competitiveness is a key measure of the level of a country＇s comprehensive economic strength. Different from the conventional regional high-tech industry cluster competitiveness evaluation research,this paper emphasized the influence of the cluster and core competitiveness of enterprises to regional economic growth potential,built the high-tech industry cluster core competitive potential evaluation index system from regional core competitiveness of enterprises,human capital competitiveness,clusters competitiveness and basic competitiveness. Based on the factor analysis,the paper evaluated the high-tech industry cluster competitive potential in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone,got its scores and rankings,and found that high-tech industries cluster competitiveness of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone were showed mainly in fixed asset investment,science and technology cluster of financial allocations,and the ratio of city cluster of GDP.
