摘　　要：目的:观察全程适时干预方案对急性脑梗死患者肢体康复情况的影响。方法:将我院30例急性脑梗死患者严格按照方案要求进行相关治疗和操作,并分别于入组当日、发病3个月和发病6个月进行FMA评定;于入组当天、入组2周、入组8周、发病3个月和发病6个月进行Brunnstrom评定法的评定。结果:患者入组当天分别与发病3个月、发病6个月的FMA值比较结果存在显著性统计学差异;患者入组当天分别与入组2周、入组8周、发病后3个月和发病后6个月的Brunnstrom值比较具有统计学差异。结论:该方案对急性脑梗死患者运动功能的恢复、减轻患者的肌张力或对患者肌痉挛的预防起到重要作用,值得在临床推广使用。Objective：To observe the effect of long term timely intervention program on limb rehabilitation in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods：30 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients in strict accordance with the program requirements for treatment and operation,the FMA rating scales were evaluated and recorded at the first day,3 months and 6 months respectively. Brunnstrom was assessed at the first day,2 weeks,8 weeks,3 months,and 6 months. Results：There were statistically significant differences in the FMA values of the patients in the day of the onset of the 3 months and the 6 months respectively,and were differences in the Brunnstrom values of patients of the onset of the 2 weeks,8 weeks,3 months after onset and 6 months after onset,and the results were statistically significant. Conclusion：The scheme plays an important role in the recovery of motor function of patients with cerebral infarction,the muscle tone or the prevention of muscle spasm,and it is worth using in clinical practice.
