摘 要:目的:探讨中医分期饮食干预对胃癌患者术后营养状态的影响。方法:将我院2015年2月至8月收治的80例胃癌根治术的患者采用SAS软件分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规饮食干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中医分期饮食干预,比较两者术后的营养状态及免疫功能状况。结果:两组术前的营养指标及免疫功能指标均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组营养10 d后的体重和腰围大于对照组,白蛋白及血红蛋白高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组营养10 d后的CD4+、CD4+/CD8+高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医分期饮食干预能够改善胃癌术后患者的营养状态,提高免疫功能,有利于术后康复。Objective:To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine stage diet intervention on nutritional status of patients with gastric cancer after operation. Methods:80 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital from February to August in 2015 were divided into the observation group and the control group by statistical analysis system. The control group was given conventional diet intervention;the observation group was given TCM stage diet intervention on the basis of the control group. And the two groups were compared of the nutritional status and immune function. Results:The nutritional index and immune function indexes before the operation of the two groups were not statistically significant(P〈0.05). After 10 d of the intervention,the body weight and waist circumference in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,the serum albumin and hemoglobin were higher than those in the control group,CD4+,CD4^^+/CD8^+ was higher than that in the control group,CD8^+ was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Diet intervention can improve the nutritional status of patients with gastric cancer after operation,and improve the immune function,which is beneficial to postoperative rehabilitation.
