摘 要:学生评教是提高教学质量的有效手段,其在实现教学质量自我监控、自我调节方面的功能受到高校管理部门的高度重视。学生评教最终目的是通过向教师反馈的评教信息,让教师及时了解教学中的优点和不足,促进教师不断提高教学质量。通过对辽宁中医药大学2013—2015学年学生评教的真实数据进行挖掘,找到影响学生评教结果的主要背景因素,并就如何改进教学管理和评价,减少这些因素对评价结果的影响找出解决办法。Course evaluation by students is the effective means of improving the teaching quality. The functions of realizing the quality of teaching self-monitoring and self-adjustment cause the university control section's great importance. The finally aim of students evaluation is to make teachers realize superiorities and weaknesses of teaching to improve teaching quality from the feedback information. Through mining the real evaluation data of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine during 2013—2015,we tries to find the main background factors that influence students evaluation of teaching,and on how to improve the teaching management and evaluation,reduce the impact of these factors on the result of evaluation approaches.
