摘　　要：师德制度是针对教师职业的一种具体而特殊的伦理制度,是将对教师职业的特殊道德要求明示为一系列规则和规范,是师德建设制度化的一种方式。目前,高校师德制度建设存在的问题主要包括师德规范制度不健全和师德保障制度薄弱。健全高校师德制度应突出专业核心伦理价值,完善师德规范制度;重视师德培训,加强监督,健全师德评价体系。Teacher＇s morality system, an ethics system, is targted at teacher＇s profession. It is a series of regulations and rules for the special morality requirements of teachers. Currently, the construction of teaeher＇s morality system mainly has two problems. One is the unsound code of teaeher＇s morality, the other is the weakness of security system.
