摘　　要：为了提高民族地区教育教学质量,全面推进汉语教学改革,提高少数民族运用汉语的能力,加强各民族之间的理解、文化认同与社会的和谐发展,新疆贫困地区少数民族双语教师的普通话培训就显得至关重要。In order to improve the teaching quality of education in ethnic regions, promote the reform of Chinese teaching, improve the ability of using Chinese minority, strengthen the understanding between ethnic groups, cultural identity and social harmonious development, it is essential of bilingual teachers of minority nationalities in poor areas of Xinjiang to have Mandarin training.
