活血化瘀汤口服联合中药熏洗预防奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨活血化瘀汤口服联合中药熏洗对奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性的预防作用。方法56例使用奥沙利铂治疗的恶性肿瘤患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组在应用含奥沙利铂全身化疗同时口服活血化瘀汤2次／d并中药熏洗手足，对照组单用含奥沙利铂方案全身化疗，比较两组出现周围神经毒性的比例和程度。结果观察组患者神经毒性发生率、分级均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P=0．0013）。结论活血化瘀汤口服联合中药熏洗手足能有效减轻奥沙利铂针所致的神经毒性。Objectives To observe the efficacy of ＂HuoXueHuaYu Decoction ＂washing in prevention and treatment of neurotoxicity induced by oxaliplatin-containing chemotherapy regimen. Methods 56 cancer patients of receiving chemotherapy with oxaliplatin were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, The treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine （ HuoXueHuaYu Decoction ） and Washing while the control group did not received traditional Chinese medicine. Observe the incidence and level of neurotoxicity between the two groups. Results The incidence and level of neurotoxicity in treatment groups was lower than that in the control group. There were significant difference between the two groups （ P=0.0013 ） . Conclusion It has certain prevention by oxaliplatin into the toxic effects of peripheral nerve that in use of external bath of HuoXueHuaYu Decoction.
