速效泡沫多酶清洁剂在金属管腔吸头预处理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨金属管腔吸头的有效预处理方法，保证清洗效果和预防感染扩散。方法回顾性2015年9月至12月消毒供应中心回收的妇科、手术室使用后的856根金属吸头采用两种不同的预处理方法的临床资料。结果观察组清洗效果明显优于对照组（P〈0．01），去污区环境菌落数显著低于对照组。结论应用速效多酶发泡清洁剂进行管腔吸头预处理能明显提高清洗质量，能有效降低环境污染。Objective To explore the effective pretreatment methods of metal lumen tips to ensure cleaning effects and prevent refection spread. Methods Retrospectively review the clinical data of the 856 metal suction head adopts which was manganed with two kinds of different pretreatment methods, from September to December, 2015 at disinfection supply center ,department of gynaecology and the operating room. Results The effects of cleaningby Observation Group were obviously superior tothe onesby Comparison Group （P〈0.01） , and apparently the number of colonies was much smaller in the decontamination area. Conclusions Adopting multi-enzymatic cleanser to perform lumen tip pretreatment can obviously increase the quality of cleaning and reduce the pollution of the environment.
