摘　　要：目的:建立病变过程符合中医临床获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)的小鼠动物模型。方法:采用房劳失精加竭力游泳复饮冰水的方式建模。选取1月龄的清洁级健康雄小鼠,每只每天与6只雌性小鼠合笼交配,次日白天分三个时间段游泳,每次30 min,游泳结束后灌服4℃水,连续7 d。动态监测小鼠生存情况、机会感染、代谢异常。结果:所有的小鼠均出现AIDS证候:眼病→脱毛→机会感染→松鼠葡萄球菌、木糖葡萄球菌、奇异变形杆菌及大量粪类圆线虫→腹泻→血尿→消瘦,未经治疗雄性小鼠一周内死亡率为87.5%。结论:通过房劳失精伤肾、竭力游泳致形劳伤脾、复饮冰水感受寒邪成功建立了符合中医临床AIDS病因病机的小鼠模型。Objective ：To establish an animal model of acquired immune deficiency syndrome（AIDS） according to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods：Male mice kept mating with 6 female mice, followed by swimming three times a day ,30 rain for each time. And then the male were fed with 4 ℃ cold water. All mice were dynamic monitored for survival rate, opportunistic infections and metabolic change. Results：All mice showed typical AIDS manifestations：eye impairment, molt, opportunistic infec- tions with Staphtlococeus sciuri , Staphylococcus xylosus, proteus mirabilis and strongyloides stercoralis, sever diarrhea, hematuria, and weight loss. 87.5% mice were mortal within one week when left untreated. Conclusion：AIDS manifestations characterized by opportunistic infection and critical illness could occur in mice induced by over mating, swimming and cold water assault.
