摘　　要：业务研究是图书馆的一项重要工作,是图书馆员的重要职责.文章针对高校图书馆科研工作的现状,分析了影响图书馆员科研能力的因素,探讨了提升图书馆员科研能力的有效途径.Operations research is an important work of library, it is one of the major responsibilities of the librarians.In view of the present situation of the research work of university library ,the article analyzes the influence factors of librarians＇ scientific research ability, discusses the effective ways to improve librarians＇ scientific research ability.
