桂枝汤合玉屏风散对气虚感冒模型小鼠免疫器官组织病理影响机制研究

摘　　要：目的:以桂枝汤、玉屏风散、桂枝汤合玉屏风散三方治疗气虚感冒风寒型模型小鼠的作用机理为研究切入点,探讨"古今接轨方"的临床应用,阐明"古今接轨方"的理论和实践,为"古今接轨方"提供实验依据。方法:将60只小鼠标记后按随机数字表法分为空白组、模型组、桂枝汤组、玉屏风散组、桂枝汤合玉屏风散组,适应性喂养1周后,进行气虚感冒造模。结果:模型组小鼠各项免疫器官指数和相关各项免疫学指标均低于空白组和药物组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);桂枝汤组小鼠的体重、肺脏指数低于空白组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),脾脏指数低于桂枝汤合玉屏风散组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);玉屏风散组的胸腺指数低于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);桂枝汤合玉屏风散组肺脏指数与模型组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝汤、玉屏风散对气虚感冒模型小鼠的多项免疫学指标、组织病理影响具有积极意义,但桂枝汤组小鼠的体重、脾脏和肺脏指数低于其他药物组;玉屏风散组的胸腺指数低于其他药物组;将桂枝汤和玉屏风散进行合方后,各项指标的干预作用均有所提高,合方具有一定的优势。Objective： Treating immune organs in mice with cold of Qixu with the Guizhi decoction, Yupingfeng San, and the Guizhi decoction plus Yupingfeng San were studied, to explore clinical application. Methods： 60 cases were divided into the blank group, the model group, the Guizhi decoction group, the Yupingfeng San group, and the Guizhi decoction plus Yupingfeng San group, for a week, and model was made. Results： Indexes of immune organs and immunology in the model group were lowest than the blank group and medicine groups （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. In the Guizhi decoction group, weight and lung index were lower than the blank group （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）; spleen index was lower than the Guizhi decoction plus Yupingfeng San group （P〈0.01）. Thymus index was lower in the Yinpingfeng San group than the blank group （P〈0.01）. Difference of lung index between the Guizhi decoction plus Yupingfeng San group and the model group was statistically significant. Conclusion： The Guizhi decoction and Yupingfeng San was effective on immunological parameters and pathology. And weigh, spleen index and lung index were lowest in the Guizhi decoction. Thymus index was lowest in the Yinpingfeng San group. The Guizhi decoction plus Yupingfeng San group can improve indexes, with some superiority.
