摘  要:以丁香酚为底物,对实验室筛选的能降解丁香酚的141株菌进行转化试验,转化液进行高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)检测分析,确定其中1株赤霉菌ZH-34能转化丁香酚积累松柏醛。对发酵培养条件进行初步优化,得出发酵培养条件为酵母膏3 g/L,葡萄糖10 g/L,摇瓶装液量为70 m L/500m L,底物浓度为1 g/L,在该底物浓度下能转化丁香酚获得1.02 g/L的松柏醛,摩尔转化率为94.4%;间歇添加丁香酚转化50 h,可获得3.76 g/L松柏醛,1.35 g/L松柏醇和微量的香草醛。In this study, a Gibberella strain ZH-$4 was isolated from 141 strains with the capability to degrade eugenol. Results showed that the optimal fermentation condition in flasks were 3 g/L of yeast extract, 10 g/L of glu- cose, 30 mL culture in a 500 mL flask and 1 g/L of substrate concentration. Under these conditions, 1.02 g/L of co- niferyl aldehyde was obtained with a molar conversion of 94.4%. When the strain was applied to coniferyl aldehyde production from eugenol, 3.76 g/L of coniferyl aldehyde, 1.35 g/L of coniferyl alcohol and a trace amount of vanillin were produced with the intermittent addition of eugenol.
