复元活血汤联合三阶梯止痛法治疗气滞血瘀型癌痛58例

摘　　要：目的观察复元活血汤联合三阶梯止痛法治疗气滞血瘀型癌痛的临床疗效。方法将116例气滞血瘀型癌痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各58例,2组均采用规范的三阶梯止痛法,治疗组加服中药复元活血汤,30天为1治疗周期。观察两组患者疼痛治疗效果、生活质量、止痛起效时间、止痛持续时间及不良反应等指标的变化。结果 2组患者疼痛治疗效果、生活质量、止痛起效时间、止痛持续时间及不良反应指标对比,治疗组均明显优于对照组,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复元活血汤联合三阶梯止痛法治疗气滞血瘀型癌痛具有较好的镇痛效果,并可明显提高患者生活质量,有效降低三阶梯止痛药物的毒副作用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fuyuan Huoxue decoction combined with three ladder analgesic therapy in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis type cancer pain. Methods All patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 58 cas-es and control group of 58 cases. Two groups were treated with three ladder analgesic therapy, and the treatment group received ad-ditionally Fuyuan Huoxue decoction. The course of treatment was 30 days. The pain treatment effect, quality of life, time of onset of pain, duration of the pain and adverse reactions were observed. Results The the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group in pain treatment effect, quality of life, time of onset of pain, duration of the pain and adverse reactions（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Fuyuan Huoxue decoction combined with three ladder analgesic therapy in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis type cancer pain has better analgesic effect, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the side effects of three ladder analgesic drug.
