摘 要:医学院"双师型"教师的激励问题在很大程度上影响着未来医务人员的培养质量.本文根据郝茨伯格的双因素理论,从医学院"双师型"教师的工作环境、工作关系等保健因素和基于工作本身和成长与发展的激励因素两个维度构建了医学院"双师型"教师激励因素分析的结构方程模型。通过对问卷调查结果的分析,验证了医学院"双师型"教师的工作本身因素特别是薪酬与福利因素对"双师型"教师的激励效用取决定性影响,工作环境要素、工作关系要素、成长与发展对医学院"双师型"教师的激励效应有着重要影响,工作环境因素和工作关系因素二者互为相关关系。工作本身因素和成长与发展因素二者互为相关关系。The incentive problem of Medical College "Double Qualification" Teachers affects the training quality of the future medical personnel to a great extent. According to Berg Hao's two factor theory,the structural equation model of "Double Qualification" Teacher motivating is presented,based on two dimensions of the health factors ineluding working environment and working relationship, and incentive factors including the work itself and the growth and development. Through the analysis of survey results, the conclusion is verified that the incentive factors of compensation and benefits have a decisive influence on "Double Qualification" Teacher in medical college, and work environment factors, work relationship factors, growth and development has an important influence. Work environment factors and work relationship factors have correlation relationship. Work itself factors and growth and development actors are related to each other.
