摘  要:目的:探讨规范化入科教育对医学生实习效果的影响。方法:将2015年1月至2015年12月进入内分泌科实习的40名医学生分成实验组和对照组,实验组进行规范化入科教育并发放《入科教育准则》,对照组按经验进行常规传统的教育。最后对两组学生进行理论、技能和综合素质的考核及问卷调查,观察两组实习效果的影响。结果:实验组的理论、技能和综合素质的考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组大部分学生认为规范化入科教育和《入科教育准则》可以明确实习目标和要求、更快适应角色转换、提高了学习兴趣、融洽了师生关系。结论:规范化入科教育有助于提高实习生理论知识、技能水平和综合素质,具有推广价值。Objective To study the influence on standardization entrance education to intern clinical practice. Methods 40 interns in endocri- nology depamnent from January 2015 to December 2015 are divided into two greups,20 of which receiving standardization entrance education and criterion as the experimental group,and 20 of which receiving traditional education,as the control group. The evaluation of the effect could be carried out after the specialized theoretical examination, clinic practice and comprehensive quality assessment. Results Through the research, the theoretical examination, clinic practice and comprehensive quality assessment scores of experimental group are all significantly higher than the scores of control group ( P 〈 0.05). Most of interns in the experimental group are satisfied with this method and criterion which plays a guide effect in clinical practice. Conclusion The standardization entrance education to intern clinical practice can enhance the level of knowl- edge, skills and comprehensive quality, and so improve the clinical practice quality. This method could be extended in education to intern elini- cal practice.
