摘 要:目的:探讨不同教学法对儿科实习生批判性思维的影响。方法:将152名本科生分为A、B、C三组,采用不同的教学方法,用批判性思维能力量表和出科考试评价。结果:出科时152份量表总分及特质中分析能力、系统能力、批判性思维的自信心、求知欲及病案分析题均以临床实际案例教学法+循证医学组得分最高,比较均有差异(P<0.05)。结论:案例教学法结合循证医学对培养医学生批判性思维具有显著的优越性。Objective: To explore the influence of different teaching methods on the critical thinking of pediatric intems. Methods: 152 stu- dents were divided into A, B, C three groups, using different teaching methods. The ability of critical thinking scale and examination were evalu- ated. Results: The results showed that clinical ease teaching method and evidence based medicine group had significantly higher satisfaction rate in CTDI-CV total score and each trait analysis ability and system ability, critical thinking, self-confidence, curiosity and examination of the med- ical record analysis problem ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: the case teaching method combined with evidence-based medicine has obvious superiori- ty in training the critical thinking of medical students.
