摘  要:目的:探讨3D打印联合影像导航技术在内镜鼻颅底外科治疗中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2015年2月至2015年8月在我院实施内镜下鼻颅底手术的28例患者的临床资料,根据辅助方法不同将患者分为研究组(19例)和对照组(9例),分别采用3D打印联合影像导航系统辅助和单纯影像导航系统辅助。观察并比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、肿瘤切除率及术后并发症的发生情况。结果:研究组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及脑脊液鼻漏、术后复发的发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用3D打印联合影像导航技术辅助内镜治疗鼻颅底肿瘤可以减少术中并发症及副损伤,实现精准医疗、个性化医疗。Objective: To investigate the clinical application of image navigation technology and 3D printing on the endoscopic nasal skull base surgery. Methods: 28 patients who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2015 were selected and according to the different methods, the patents were divided into the research group (19 cases) and the control group (9 cases). The patients in the research group were treated with endoscopic operations and the image navigation system and 3D model, while the patients in the control group were treated with the guidance of image navigation. After surgery the operative time, blood loss, tumor resection rate and postoperative complications and other indicators of the two groups were compared. Results: The operation tome, the blood loss, and the incidence of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea and recurrence of patients in the research group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: We concluded that image navigation technology and 3D printing in endoscopic nasal skull base surgery can reduce the intraoperative complications and vice injury, precision medical, personalized medicine.
