摘 要:甲状腺相关眼病为一种自身免疫疾病,对患者的生理和心理均产生重大影响。因其发病机制不清,目前仍无有效针对病因的治疗办法。研究显示眼眶成纤维细胞在甲状腺相关眼病中发挥了重要作用,其过度活化可能是该病发生的关键点。眼眶成纤维细胞能够分泌过多炎性因子,引起眶部炎症反应;而眼眶成纤维细胞的过度增殖,引起眶后部组织重塑。本文重点综述了眼眶成纤维细胞在甲状腺相关眼病中发挥的作用。Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy is an autoimmune disease, which has a significant impact on both the physiology and the psychology to the patients. As the pathogenesis of this disease is not clear, there is still no effective treatment for the disease. It has been found that orbital fibroblasts play an important role in thyroid associated ophthalmopathy, and its excessive activity may be the key point of the occurrence of the disease. Orbital fibroblasts can secrete inflammatory cytokines, which can cause inflammation of the orbital tissue. The excessive proliferation of orbital fibroblasts induced posterior orbital tissue remodeling. In this review, we focus on the role of orbital fibroblasts in thyroid associated eye disease and the problems that have been discovered should be discussed.
