基于“工匠精神”导入的高职院校制造大类专业人才培养的思考

摘　　要：本文从"工匠精神"的历史渊源入手,分析了"工匠精神"的内涵实质,并且提出在新的时代背景下的外延;指出了在高职院校人才培养中导入"工匠精神"的必要性,并尝试性提出了在制造大类专业的人才培养过程植入"工匠精神"的几种路径。Starting from the historical origin of ＂craftsman spirit＂, this paper analyzes the connotation and essence of ＂craftsman spirit＂, and puts forward its denotation under the background of the new era. This paper also points out the necessity of introducing ＂craftsman spirit＂ into the talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges, and tentatively proposes several paths to infiltrate ＂craftsman spirit＂ into the cultivation of talents of manufacturing majors.
