苏南翻译专业人才应用型能力培养现状研究

摘　　要：在时代发展进程中,中外交流日益密切。翻译从业者队伍处于不断壮大中,然而在翻译市场却呈现人才紧缺现象。合格的翻译人才供量不足,导致社会供求失衡。当下急需以市场为导向培养应用型翻译人才,向各行业输送合格翻译人才,解决就业及市场需求两难问题。这就要求高校培养既精熟掌握翻译技能又通晓其他相关行业知识的高端型与复合型兼修的翻译人才。本文就当下苏南部分高校翻译专业人才的培养方案进行调查研究,了解到翻译人才的培养仍处于重知识轻实践、重基础欠精尖的现状,因此通过具体分析各该专业课程设置情况,提出针对性意见建议。该研究为应用型翻译人才培养提供了一定参考,有助于翻译人才与市场相衔接,整合翻译资源并发挥其更大价值。In the development of the times, the communication between China and the world are increasingly close. The team of translators is growing stronger and stronger, but talent shortage occurs in the translation market. The shortage of qualified trans- lation talents has led to imbalanced social supply and demand. Therefore, it is imperative to cultivate application-oriented translation talents oriented by the market, provide qualified translation talents for various industries, and solve the problems of employment and market demand. This requires universities to cultivate high-level and interdisciplinary translation talents with both proficient translation skills and thorough understand- ing of knowledge in other industries. This paper investigates the schemes of translation talent cultivation in some colleges and universities in southern Jiangsu, learning that the current trans- lation talent cultivation still lays more emphasis on knowledge than on practice, and focuses on cultivating general talents in- stead of elites. Through an analysis of the course setting for the specialty, we puts forward some targeted suggestions. This study can provides some references for the cultivation of applica- tion-oriented translation talents, helping to connect translation talents with the market, integrate translation resources and give better play their value.
