摘　　要：本文通过对吉林省家庭服务企业的从业人员进行培训教师素质、培训实验教学等六个维度的问卷调查,数理统计分析的结果表明,职业培训缺少完备的实验教学设施限制了学员操作水平的提高,提出将岗前和在职培训放在重中之重的位置、推行企业"员工制"做到培训有的放矢、送课下乡等建议。Based on a questionnaire survey on six dimensions, including teachers＇ quality and training experiment teaching, in the training of family service workers in Jilin Province, this paper analyzes the statistical results and finds out the problems of the vocational training, namely, the lack of complete exper- iment teaching equipment, which restricts the improvement of the trainees＇ practical hbility. Then this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as giving first priority to pre-service and in-service training, implementing the ＂personnel system＂ of en- terprises, and taking targeted measures.
