摘　　要：本文以美国私人财产公示语、公共场合监控提醒公示语、未成年人禁酒公示语、限定场合禁烟公示语为研究对象,在法制建设和人文关怀的框架下,讨论四类公示语中渗透的美国法律和道德原则思想,并尝试探求值得我们借鉴的方法和观念。The article studies the signs of private property, public video surveillance, underage drinking bans and smoking bans in some specific areas in America. It explores the ideology of American law and ethical principles infiltrated in the four types of signs in the framework of legal system and the frame-work of humanistic care. It also attempts to find the methods and concepts that can be used as reference for us in China.
