摘  要:目的研究外周血循环FS mRNA表达水平对恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法分别采集健康对照组、良性肿瘤组、肺癌组、乳腺癌组以及其他癌组入院患者的血清样本,检测外周血循环FS mRNA含量。结果肺癌组外周血循环FS mRNA表达水平及阳性率(50%)与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),肺癌组各种类型肺癌比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),乳腺癌组外周血循环FS mRNA阳性率(60%),其表达水平及与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FS mRNA可以作为肺癌、乳腺癌的诊断标志物。Objective Diagnostic value for malignant tumor expression of peripheral blood circulating FS mRNA studies were collected. Methods Healthy control group,benign tumor group,lung cancer group,the group of breast cancer patients and other cancer groups of serum samples were collected,detection of peripheral blood FS content of mRNA. Results The level and positive rate the expression of peripheral blood circulating FS mRNA of lung cancer group(50%)compared with the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01),squamous cell carcinoma in lung cancer group was slightly higher,but there was no significant difference between the various types of lung cancer(P〈0.05). Breast cancer patients peripheral blood FS m RNA positive rate(60%),compared with the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion FS mRNA can be used as a lung cancer marker for diagnosis of breast cancer.
