探讨老年十二指肠溃疡患者应用含呋喃唑酮的四联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析含呋喃唑酮的四联疗法对老年十二指肠溃疡患者幽门螺杆菌的根除价值。方法随机选择2013年6月-2015年6月我院收治的老年十二指肠溃疡病例80例,随机分成观察组（n=40）与对照组（n=40）。观察组患者接受含呋喃唑酮的四联疗法治疗,对照组接受无呋喃唑酮的三联疗法治疗,于治疗结束后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经治疗后,观察组的愈合率（97.5%）高于对照组（85.0%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的Hp根除率（95.0%）高于对照组（85.0%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者反酸、腹痛、烧心的临床症状消失时间少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论含呋喃唑酮的治疗方案能提高老年十二指肠溃疡的Hp根除率,缓解患者的临床症状,改善患者预后,安全性较高。Objective To analyze the value of quadruple therapy with furazolidone on Helicobacter pylori eradication in patients with duodenal ulcer in the elderly. Methods There were 80 cases of duodenal ulcer which were randomly selected in our hospital from june 2013 to june 2015. The people randomly divided into observation group（n=40）and control group（n=40）. The patients in the observation group received thecontaining furazolidone quadruple therapy,the control group receiced with triple therapy without furazolidone. In the end of the treatment,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the healing rate of the observation group（97.5%）was higher than that of the control group（85.0%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The eradication rate of Hp in the observation group（95.0%）was higher than that in the control group（85.0%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The disappeared time of clinical symptoms with abdominal pain,acid reflux and heartburn in observation group were less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe treatment with furazolidone can improve the HP eradication rate of duodenal ulcer in elderly patients,relieve the patient＇s clinical symptoms of patients,improve patients＇ outcomes and improve the security.
