摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在评价自拟清热调肠愈溃散治疗溃疡性结肠炎(寒热错杂证)的疗效。方法:按随机法将60例患者分清热调肠愈溃散治疗该病30例为治疗组,30例给予西药(美沙拉嗪)治疗为对照组,疗程4周。结果:研究显示,治疗前后治疗组患者临床症状改善情况明显好于对照组;治疗组的总有效率为96.67%明显高于对照组73.33%。结论:自拟清热调肠愈溃散治疗溃疡性结肠炎是治疗溃疡性结肠炎(寒热错杂证)的有效方法。Objective： To explore and evaluate the effect of self-drafted Qingre Tiaochang Yukui power in treating ulcerative colitis （cold-heat complicated syndrome）. Methods： 60 patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group received self-drafted Qingre Tiaochang Yukui power while the control group was treated with western medicine （mesalazine）, 4 weeks formed one therapeutic course. Results： The Research shows before and after treatment that the treatment group of clinical symptoms was significantly better than the control group; The total clinical efficiency was 96.67% in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （73.33%）. Conclusion： Self-drafted Qingre Tiaochang Yukui power was an effective method in treating ulcerative colitis （cold-heat complicated syndrome）.
