正肝化症汤对中晚期原发性肝癌患者的治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究正肝化症汤对中晚期原发性肝癌患者的治疗效果。方法:选取从2012年9月—2014年8月,于我院进行治疗的中晚期原发性肝癌患者104例,以数字法随机分为观察组、对照组各52例。两组患者均给予保肝和对症支持治疗,观察组在此基础上加用正肝化症汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组显效例数占比及总有效率分别为51.92%(27/52)、96.15%(50/52),均显著高于对照组30.77%(16/52)、71.15%(37/52)。观察组1年、2年生存率分别为86.54%(45/52)、61.54%(32/52),均显著高于对照组69.23%(36/52)、32.69%(17/52)。差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:正肝化症汤治疗中晚期原发性肝癌临床效果显著,且预后效果较佳,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of Zhenggan Huazheng decoction in the treatment of patients with primary liver cancer in the middle and late stage. Methods： 104 cases with advanced primary hepatoceltular carcinoma （HCC） treated in our hospital from September 2012 to August 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 52 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given liver and symptomatic supportive treatment, the observation group received Zhenggan Huazheng decoction on the basis of the routine treatment. The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared. Results： The total effective number and total effective rate of the observation group were 51.92% （27/52） and 96.15% （50/52） respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the control group, 30.77% （16/52） and 71.15% （37/52）. The observation group＇s 1 years, 2 year survival rate was 86.54% （45/52） and 61.54% （32/52） respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the control group 69.23% （36/52）, 32.69% （17/52）. The differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Zhenggan Huazheng decoction had significant clinical effect in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer, and the prognosis was better, the safety was good, and it was worthy of clinical application.
