摘 要:采用单盐胁迫的方法,研究NaCl和NaHCO3胁迫及解除胁迫对荞麦种子萌发的影响,探讨荞麦种子的耐盐碱能力。结果表明,随着NaCl和NaHCO3浓度的增加,种子发芽率、发芽势、相对发芽率、胚根长、苗鲜重总体呈下降趋势;NaCl胁迫下荞麦种子萌发的耐盐浓度、半数抑制浓度、极限浓度分别为17.693‰、19.703‰、21.713‰;NaHCO3胁迫下荞麦种子萌发的耐盐浓度、半数抑制浓度、极限浓度分别为13.098‰、16.938‰、20.777‰;清水复萌试验表明,荞麦种子经NaCl胁迫后的复萌率随浓度的增加而增加;荞麦种子经NaHCO3胁迫后复萌率为0。In order to investigate salinity resistance of Fagopyrum esculentum,by using single salt stress method,effect of NaCl and NaHCO3 stress on seeds germinations of F.esculentum and salt stress recovery were studied.The results showed that with increasing of NaCl and NaHCO3,germination rate,germination potential,the relative germination rate,radicle length,seedling fresh weight of F.esculentum were reduced.The salt tolerance concentration,half inhibition concentrations and limiting concentration of NaCl stress on F.esculentum were 17.693‰、19.703‰、21.713‰;The salt tolerance concentration,half inhibition concentrations and limiting concentration of NaHCO3 stress on F.esculentum were 13.098‰、16.938‰、20.777‰;After the stress being removed,recovery germination rate of NaCl stress on F.esculentum was increased with NaCl concentrations increasing.The recovery germination rate of NaHCO3 stress was 0%.Therefore,F.esculentum seeds had certain salinity and alkali resistance.
