干部在线教育学习资源课程体系探讨

摘　　要：学习资源的课程体系是指学习资源的课程类型及具体课程科目的组织、搭配,重点是课程体系结构的设计。以干部学员的学习需求为标准,干部在线学习资源的课程体系应包括政治理论、党性教育、政策法规、业务知识、人文素养、技能培训、案例学习、省情省策、专题荟萃等栏目。The curriculum system refers to the course type of study resources and the organization of the specific courses. The key point is the structure design of curriculum system. The curriculum system of the online education for Chinese cadres should include the following columns： political theories, the Communist Party character education, laws and regulations, professional knowledge, humanities quality, skill training, case studies, province status and policy and special subject, etc.
